Flow:

8:30 am: Early Birds can arrive, help set up, meet and greet then get into line for duty assignments

9:00 am: Ceremony starts

10:30 Reflect on how to make the community better for its residents and guests

11:00 Conclude in tearing down tables, stack chairs, haul and load into transport
