The need throttle therapy. \nFlow: \n7:30 am: Independent Early Birds can arrive\, pick a route and head out immediately. Others may wish to embrace the stewardship. Help set up\, check air\, chains\, tires\, prep with hydration\, tools\, maps\, supplying whatever to whoever needs a helping hand. \n8:45 Sevice Starts:  A volunteer leads and another brings up the rear. We stop\, regrouping quickly then lengthen the duration between stops  . \n11:55 Lunch to reflect on first session\, updates on Supercross standings\, Motorcycle maintenance and setup knowledge transfer. \n1:30 Fast pace review of the trail. DESCRIPTION:Adventure Touring Ride out of Kelly’s Pond \nRequired by Attendee: \nDurable attitude and in good working order equipment.  Bring an adventure touring motorcycle\, you are also welcome to come out on a smaller bike.  This group will be focused on getting “that beast” through the forest.  This ride will also be great for newer riders on smaller bikes.  Please trailer bike in as a “just in case”.  Please bring hydration packs to carry when you ride. \nNOTE: to ride in the forest you MUST have an Annual Pass. \nExtended to the Attendee:  Structured guide ensures the safest ride. We rest periodically to regroup to check equipment ensuring maximum fun!  After ¼ of a mile of trail\, we will split into 4 groups.  Faster group\, slower group\, a maybe group\, and a heck-no group. \n\nThe faster group will take a slightly longer route (12.54mi) – you have the option to get back into the slower group\, the maybe group\, or the heck-no group.\nThe slower group will take a small loop in the forest (6.09mi) – you have the option to get back into the maybe group or the heck-no group.\nThe maybe group can go either a ¼ mile or 1 mile and then get back on dirt roads or paved streets – you have the option to get back into the heck-no group.\nThe heck-no group – you go ¼ mile down the trail and decide it isn’t for you.\nThe maybe and heck no groups will have dirt road/pavement routes available.\n\nAll groups will have fun and will have the opportunity to learn something about riding and learn something about yourself. \nTheme: Getting “that beast” through the forest.  Not giving up\, learning your bike\, learning something about yourself\, and having fun!  Creating camaraderie! \nFlow: \n0745 – early birds can arrive – unloading that beast from the trailer/trucks \n0845 – Help with checking chains\, tires\, prep with hydration\, tools\, maps\, supply whatever to whoever needs a helping hand. \n0900 – Ride begins.  There will be 8 experienced riders to lead and follow our groups.  They will be there to help you get down the trails\, pick a bike up\, or get you out of a rut.  We will stop frequently to regroup\, have a quick laugh\, and start again. \n~1200 – Everyone should be back.  Snacks will be provided on the trails to get you through.

DESCRIPTION:Tike/Family Bike Ride and Campout \nEvent Date – April 28\, 2023 – April 29\, 2023 \nEvent Time – 4/28 @ 4pm – 4/29 until you leave \nLocation – Kelly’s Pond Walker County 30.510511\,-95.661682  \nEvent Element – Multi-Use Motorized \nRequired by Attendee: \nFamilies with kids that enjoy the outdoors and motorcycle riding!  This event will be a campout and motorcycle riding the following morning/day.  Bring out the kids.  Even if they don’t ride\, they will have a chance (with parent permission).  If you have bikes\, bring them.  This is not a race and will be focused around the kids\, not the adults. \nNOTE: If held in the national forest you MUST have an Annual Pass. \nExtended to the Attendee:  Campout to allow the kids to learn off-the-grid living including chopping wood\, cooking\, building a fire\, and having fun.  Next day we will have a structured guided ride to ensure the safest ride. We rest periodically to regroup to check equipment ensuring maximum fun!  This will be a great opportunity to get on a bike if you have never done it before or ride the bike you already know how to ride.  Kids and adults of all ages are welcome. \nAll kids/adults will have fun and will have the opportunity to learn something about riding and learn something about yourself. \nTheme: FAMILY FUN.  Primitive camping.  Not giving up\, learning your bike\, learning something about yourself\, and having fun!  Creating camaraderie! \nFlow: \n4/28: \n1600 – early birds can arrive – set up camp\, cook supper\, have supper\, make a fire. \n4/29: \n0845 – Help with checking chains\, tires\, prep with hydration\, tools\, maps\, supply whatever to whoever needs a helping hand. \n0900 – Ride begins.  Learning how to ride tutorials.  Group ride. \n1200 – Everyone should be back.  Snacks will be provided on the trails to get you through. \n  \n“Registration costs are to fund the event and pay for the time\, support\, and equipment of KPNUSA.” \nAll proceeds benefit Operation Veteran 365. Access 365 days a year was voted “most needed” by our Veteran community. We will be challenged as a community to rise to this vision but we are close. We only missed achieving 365 days of motorized access in Natural Forests by 51 days in 2022.  We aim to increase support of the military veterans priority related to natural healing found through travel in the tall timber. They swore an oath to protect the motherland. Not during just good weather\, they sacrificed to ensure liberty 24/7. We are wise to focus on ensuring some sections are as water-tolerant as possible in phase one. When society remains united\, strong\, and determined\, we inspire those that stepped up and those who continue to show our love of liberty and of each other.
